This is a wonderful group of people to work with that truly care about not only your child but your family too. I highly recommend them to anyone needing help with or for their children.
I’ve been trying to get real help for my son who is struggling with serious behavioral issues and I’m extremely disappointed in how slow and unresponsive this place has been. After opening up about everything we’ve been through, I was told we had to wait weeks just to get paperwork from teachers before anything could move forward. Staff is awesome. We specifically go to Mario and he's great. Everyone overall is super nice. My daughter loves going there.
There has never been any issues with front desk or the doctors. My granddaughter has been going there since she was 4 years old now she is 14. She hates when the counselor have to leave after a year but she learned to grow with it. A child needs someone else to talk to because they won't discuss certain things with there family. They can't keep all balled up it's not good for them especially when they have issues among there family. Assuming your child is little and they will get over it and forget is not a good choice.
