We met Mario when he was in training and now he is our main case worker. He is so effective when it comes to the question asked. He makes sure to always ask if Roman would like a snack before we get started and some water to make him feel more comfortable at the doctors. He makes sure to ask questions directly to Roman (he knows his body best) but then look to me for confirmation or if I have additional input. My son asks all the time when we can go see Mario again. I’ve been trying to get real help for my son who is struggling with serious behavioral issues and I’m extremely disappointed in how slow and unresponsive this place has been. After opening up about everything we’ve been through, I was told we had to wait weeks just to get paperwork from teachers before anything could move forward.
