I cannot say enough good about CHATS especially Whitney. She is currently helping 3 of my children and she is so wonderful. She is so aware of each of them and personalizes each plan to help with their specific needs. Lisa in the front office is simply amazing. I am so grateful for the care they provide for my children. I will forever recommend CHATS to all my family and friends.
I first found CHATs because I asked my GP where she sent her kids for therapy - ringing endorsement if you ask me. Now we've been going to CHATs for quite a few years - our entire family. They've been an invaluable resource for our family and the entire community. Even the office feels so cozy and homey, helping the kids feel comfortable. I've had many interactions with several of the providers at CHATS. They are phenomenal professionals who are fully invested in the well-being of their patients. I have and do refer folks to their team, knowing they will get excellent compassionate care.
We waited 6 months for our daugter to start here all for nothing. Her therapist handled a situation extreamly unprofessionally and ultimately lost the trust of her on the first day! We will not be continuing with them.
