Our experience with Michelle Boswell was ultimately damaging for my daughter. While the counselor initially seemed sensitive to my daughter’s comfort level, concerns about “lack of progress” were raised very early, which felt inappropriate given how long it often takes teens to engage in therapy. Chats has been a Godsend for our child. The staff is great at developing rapport with youth and helping them develop tools for success. The office staff has been very helpful and understanding and we so appreciate their efforts. Lisa and Emma are awesome!
I cannot say enough good about CHATS especially Whitney. She is currently helping 3 of my children and she is so wonderful. She is so aware of each of them and personalizes each plan to help with their specific needs. Lisa in the front office is simply amazing. I am so grateful for the care they provide for my children. I will forever recommend CHATS to all my family and friends.
I first found CHATs because I asked my GP where she sent her kids for therapy - ringing endorsement if you ask me. Now we've been going to CHATs for quite a few years - our entire family. They've been an invaluable resource for our family and the entire community. Even the office feels so cozy and homey, helping the kids feel comfortable.
