I have not heard back from them.
Used him once several years ago and everything was great. Called two times just recently for some new work I need done and never heard back. I would expect a courtesy call at least..
Jack is ver knowledgable, fair, honest and a great plumber. I trust him in my home and reach out to him for any needs regarding work with gas or plumbing. He will even refer reputable people for other tasks that he dosent cover. You get what you pay for and his work speaks for itself!
