What happened to this place? I'm an Ottawa local (I've lived here long enough to say as much). I have gone to Chilaquiles for years and I've always recommended it highly- my parents were excited to go to Chilaquiles anytime they were in the city and we always made a point to visit. It's always been a little on the pricy side, portions were a little smaller than I would have liked, but they were different because everything tasted phenomenal. They've developed a new concept: the nano quesadillas. They do taste good, but are almost invisible to the naked eye, and I am a petite woman who doesn't eat much. Not worth the price. Also, this restaurant could use a renovation. I definitely won't be going back.
