I had a really disappointing experience at Chilantro today. I’ve been here multiple times before and always enjoyed it, but this visit was completely different. The employee tall male helping me came across as uninterested and didn’t seem to want to be there at all. My order was messed up entirely, and what made it worse was the lack of accountability—no apology, no effort to fix the situation, nothing. Regina was so friendly and welcoming. The portions were generous and the food was delicious! The kimchi is by far the best I’ve ever had and I had to get some to take home. Definitely bringing family and friends next time. Chef’s kiss. To the owner, please consider adding peeled edamame and more ban chan sides♥️.
