had a really disappointing experience here. The short girl in jeans working the line was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t give the full portion in my bowl, got visibly upset when I asked for no spinach, and then gave me a nasty look and an attitude as if I was inconveniencing her. An incredible experience from start to finish. The service was excellent, the atmosphere welcoming and elegant, and the food simply spectacular: each dish bursting with flavor and creativity. Without a doubt, a place I will return to and highly recommend.
Quality has severely gone down hill, at least in this location. Customer service was atrocious, and fresh fries was given to the person in front of me, while I was given the stale fries that was sitting on top of the fryer for god knows how long. The meat they put in it also seemed to have been out quite a while. Filled their annoying survey texted, and even emailed them, and never got back a response.
