Great food great service
If you've been to the Chilangos on Williams & 27th, this location absolutely delivers the same great flavors. The Veracruzanos oysters were fresh & flavorful, and the 7 Mares soup with coconut was outstanding. Rich, comforting, and something I'd happily order again. Our server, Daniela, was sweet, attentive, and never let the busy Friday night slow her down. Even with a birthday celebration going on in the dining room, we still felt well taken care of. I was really excited to try the street tacos after reading the menu, but I was very disappointed. The chicharrón tacos were almost entirely soft, soggy fat with very little meat. The carnitas were dry, cut into large cubes instead of being tender and shredded, and had a very strong pork flavor that made them difficult to eat. I couldn't finish any of the tacos.
