TL;DR: very expensive. While work quality is good, it's not worth it. Chiko, the owner is very rude. Invoice did not fully detail scope of work. Will NOT hire again. Long version: Chiko, the owner, initially came off as very friendly and understanding. The job was to fix a small room. Patch it, completely repaint it. The water pipe panels were old and wanted them modernized. That specific point is when the confusion and lack of professionalism started. Very pleased with the high quality work by Chiko's Handyman. They did tub/shower area renovation, ceiling work and dryer vent placement to connect hose. They are helpful, knowledgeable and have excellent pricing. Made recommendations on mold/mildew prevention and used quality products. I've used Chicko's service in the past for front door adjustment, and is now very well aligned, replaced materials so door's secured, lowered my energy bill.
