I'm sure he is a great doctor, however this lower rating goes to the fact it says clearly in this information portal that medicaid /Medicare but called to make an appointment and gave someone my children's information to find out they don't accept this insurance...
Love Dr. Paul. Super kind and gentle with my baby. He is patient and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend!
