Typically I don't like leaving negative reviews. But this was very bad. I asked for layers and it came out so choppy it looks like I did it myself. The sides of my hair are INCHES shorter than the back of my hair which make no sense.She cut so much shorter than I originally asked and let me walk out looking like I just woke up with bed head.
