The Hispanic and/or Asian lady is very rude there. She got smart with me because she wanted to charge me for something extra that is already included in most eye exams and I told her no. They wanted to charge me 100 dollars for measuring my eyes for my contacts. I told her I am not understanding why I have to pay that when it should be included in the exam and her rude self says "its 2019 this is what we do". RecommendedDr. Chika is absolutely amazing!! She takes her time and really evaluated my eyes and their overall health. My Husband recommended her and he doesn’t just let anyone work on him. Now I know for myself why he loves her so much...and don’t get me started on her staff, their friendliness and customer service is top notch! I will never go to another eye doctor!
Swindlers - claiming insurance doesn’t cover benefits that they absolutely do 100%. Customer service is less than abysmal.
This is the worst place I have ever been to. They refuse to provide you with your prescription after doing fake exams. I called to request my prescription due to the fact that they sent a claim to my insurance company and now my insurance wont pay for another one somewhere else and the RUDE DISRESPECTFUL OFFICE MANAGER as she calls her self because she is a real piece of work and is very unprofessional told me that Trump couldn't even make her give me my prescription and that I have to pay her $25 if I want it. I wasn't thrilled. Where Dr. Chika was overall pleasant, I left feeling as if I had been bamboozled. I verified benefits with my insurance plan, Cigna, and was told I had a $10 copay, dilation was a covered expense And I was to receive $130 for frames, shatter free lenses for my youngest sons glasses to name a few things. But while there Alda, the Office Manager, said dilation WAS NOT a covered expense. And I needed to pay $55 for it. She even argued with my insurance company stating, "who's going to pay for this? Dr. Chika and staff was very nice and helpful with my son as well as myself helped both if us pick out glasses. Would highly recommend this place!!
You know the saying, "if I could give 0 stars I would!" ....this place actually dwarves deserves negative stars! HORRIBLE service. I called on to make an appointment and explained I wanted to have a contact eye exam. Since I have an astigmatism in my left eye the exam and contacts are usually more expensive. Knowing this I checked my benefits before hand and saw I was allowed to be charged up to $60 for an eye exam and the rest would be covered by my insurance VSP vision. Whe...Continue Reading
