My first experience here was very unpleasant. The Doctor and check in staff were amazing. However the office manager (asian lady) was very rude and pushy. Very overpriced & uncomfortable experience overall, her focus seems more on you spending money than actual services. Seems like I wasted my time, I was not given a prescription for my glasses or my contacts. Just a price.

This is the first time and the Doctor was amazing,she gets down with the nitty gritty,the Caucasian lady at the front desk was also awesome and even helped with explaining the paperwork and did a good job on my eye screening.But there’s a young lady that sits on the right side of the building with a ponytail that’s professional/rude.as I was leaving the Dr.my paperwork was taken by a young lady that explained my coverage of $25.00 though my insurance.that amount was wrong but never questioned it,the other young lady started ... read more

Edit: I changed my rating to 1 star. They overcharged me and when I questioned it, they were rude. I had to call my insurance company to get assistance. Also, please be aware of the $35 charge for shipping and handling. Your insurance pays for that. So I’m pretty sure they’re pocketing that $35. Especially if they’re sending multiple pairs out at one time and charging $35 per person. Frames DO NOT cost $35 to ship. And they will claim they tell you this and it’s posted on the desk. I was referred to CHIKAEYECARE and took my 5-year-old son for his first full eye exam. The doctor was kind, patient, and thorough, and the staff during the exam was gentle and attentive, which helped make my son comfortable. If I were rating just the doctor, this would be a higher review. After the exam, we were shown a small selection of children’s glasses. I attempted to schedule an appointment and the front desk person made me cancel my appointment. She was sooooo rude and has zero customer service training . This doctor will lose a lot of business because of the “office manager”
