We had originally booked Chien & Buffle for our tea ceremony + wedding reception photography but ended up needing to do bridal make up as well. We were very happy with the service provided for both. For the photography, their team of photographers were professional in the setup. Our planner worked with them to give them the layout of the venue and the rundown of the day. I had a really DISAPPOINTING experience with Diep that I still regret a year later especially after spending $500 on a hair and makeup trial that went so poorly I didn’t end up booking her for my actual wedding. Before the trial, I specifically asked if she had experience with the hairstyle I wanted. She assured me she did but during the appointment, she ended up watching tutorials on how to do it and still didn’t get it right. The makeup was also a letdown. I'm so grateful I found Diep to do my hair and wedding makeup! She was so warm and personable. You can rest assured having her as your HMUA. During our trial, she made sure to walk through different options with me, and double check I liked every aspect of the look. She made sure give tips for skincare leading up to the wedding too, to make sure my skin is extra hydrated for a long day. She applied the notes from the trial perfectly on the day of the wedding!
