AVOID. This place is a joke. Had snow blower and generator repaired for somewhere around 250, which seemed steep (especially since they never called to authorize that amount, nor did they call to say they were ready, I had to call them) but I paid anyway without question. After repairs, I was barely able to keep the snow blower going through snow. I couldn't get the generator running, but of course, I found this out after we had already lost power. Dropped off mower work was done but NOBODY CALLED ME. I waited 3 1/2 weeks, finally visited and was told they “called me”. I checked my phone records. NO. CALL. I don’t understand these folks.

I received great service from people. They offer pickup and drop off of the mower, and did a very thorough job of fixing items on it. As a matter of fact they fixed some things that I didn't even know were wrong, and yes, these things were very wrong. I really appreciate this business. Highly recommend.

Had my snowblower repaired in March 2019. They gave me a rough estimate over the phone and told me it would be about a week. One week later it was done and for roughly the price they quoted. Even less actually I think. I was concerned because of the reviews online, and I did have to call two or three times to reach someone to check in… But they did exactly what they said they would do and did a great job. It’s a lawnmower repair shop, so obviously you cannot expect their customer service and response time to be the same ... read more
