I lived in Chief Washakie apartments for the majority of my teenage years and the place was well maintained. Lawns were mowed weekly and trash clean up Monday through Friday in the morning. Any repairs were done within the week they were reported. I left right after new management replaced the management of 10+ years so don t know how much it has changed since but when I lived there it was a nice place for the price.

Evanston Police have referred to these apts. as "Little Beruit" for the overwhelming amount of calls for things like Breach of Peace, Domestic Violence, Fighting, and so forth. I would not recommend them to anyone attempting to raise a family, there are better choices here in town though the pickings are real slim.
