I’ve usually have great experience with customer service even though everything is overpriced. Today I encountered the rudest cashier I’ve ever met in my entire life even the people in line behind acknowledged his rude behavior & he just continued to get worse, the manager didn’t do anything to deescalate the situation or apologize for his workers behavior.
Updated 6-24-26: Thrilled that the Northland Chief store had the small individual size containers of prune juice today. Plus, they had a coupon for $1.00 off on the 3 I purchased! Original post: Very disappointed in the Northland store. We were there at 11:00 AM and there were NO Special Recipe cookies. That may not be their fault as I believe those are delivered from another Chief's location.
