Quite often their guards do not show up for duty. So quite often I called their office. They very nicely and automatically say that they will send out a replacement guard, but no replacement guardd has ever shown up. Bad Service and overbilling pratices.

Chief Protective Services were extremely responsive, and they provided staff who were professional. I would highly recommend Chief Protective Services, Inc. for unarmed guard services.

I found the assistant, Kristi, to be very personable. Most especially, the VP Felix Quinones ALWAYS went out of his way to help, whether it was assigning to a more suitable post, or listening to issues--he even gave me some names of people who could help me buy a small house..he was top notch!

Most guards are disrespectful, uncaring, and totally unprofessional. Some are fine. Management is never in when I call about a guad that did not show up for work or fell asleep on the job. They do not live up to their end of the contract.
