Jeff and Alexei were awesome. Hired them for my pre-drywall inspection and final walkthrough. Brought up important issues to discuss with my builder and let me focus on what’s worth fighting for my new construction home. They were also patient with me as I called them multiple times after each inspection with questions as a first time home buyer. I intend to hire them again for my 11 month inspection.
We hired Jeff for a pre-drywall inspection on a new construction home. Despite it being right after New Years, he was able to schedule an inspection in a timely manner. He showed up on time and throughly inspected every element of the house, as well as provided a detailed report with pictures that same evening. His inspection caught several important issues early, including cracks/holes in the concrete block exterior mortar, a popped and exposed roof nail, improperly shimmed hurricane strapping, and an unfastened range hood.... read more
