Ordered a chorizo burrito, birria grilled cheese, and birria potato. Did not receive the potato. Ordered through their website, and no one contacted us to let us know they were out of the potato's and couldn't fulfill that portion of the order. Instead, they refunded it which left one person without their meal. The tortilla on the chorizo burrito was hard and stale. I also ordered 2 limes and did not receive those either. The only thing that was great was the grilled cheese.
Chido’s is the best Mexican food in town! We love it and eat here at least 1x per week.
I have reviewed this place previously but I must say that every visit to Chido’s is awesome! The food is impeccable and we haven’t found a “Mexican” style restaurant in Springfield that we like better. I don’t want fusion or overly “Americanized” Mexican food. REAL Mexican food is not necessarily about HEAT but the wonderful flavors incorporated in it and is always made with the traditional love of food for feeding family. I ordered door dash and while eating my food I come across what appears to be a price of plastic glove or packaging either way door dash refused to resolve the issue.
