We’ve been bringing our 2 older cars to Chico’s for 4 years now and they are awesome. Very reliable and do the job right every time. From as little as an oil change to big structural repairs, they’ve repaired just about every part of our old Subaru. They never do a repair without calling first. We love them and wouldn’t know where to bring our cars without them!
I use to take my car to Nissan dealership until I learned about Chico. Great communication and no one will get the job done faster. I’ve never waited more than a day for my car regardless what the issue was. I’ve have 4 flats in a 3 year period the moment I pulled up they fixed it in under 5 minutes every time. These guys are the best! No clue what any of the bad ratings are about because I’m a tough client and speak up when something isn’t right. 5 stars every time
Initially I liked this shop a lot I brought alot of my vehicles here. The oil changes were 25-30$ if you brought your oil and filter yourself and you so happened to run into the male owner. But if you ran into the women here (Wife / Daughter) they will up charge you an extra 30-50$ I don’t like the inconsistency, it’s very unprofessional and doesn’t look good.
