Crystal is amazing! From the beginning of the intake to the end of the visit, I felt at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable, takes a thorough history, and has the technique to make the most stubborn knots disappear. I look forward to many more visits with her in the future!
I would rate her 100 stars if I could. She is truly the kindest person and an incredible masseuse. She takes the time to ask thoughtful questions so every session is tailored to exactly what your body needs. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving the best experience and results. I always leave feeling better both physically and mentally. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s someone you can truly trust with your body and mind.
I was really disappointed with my experience. I rushed to make it to my appointment expecting a relaxing massage, but instead was questioned extensively about my pain and told the therapist would not continue without an X-ray from my chiropractor. As a busy mom with limited free time, it wasn’t possible to obtain that during the appointment, and the tone of the conversation felt somewhat condescending.
