Crystal is AMAZING! I’m so glad to have found her. Crystal has really helped me out for the past year now. I was skeptical of going for massage but she walked me through everything and explained ways to stretch and avoid strain at home and during long work days. She also is great at adjusting the therapy based on my condition and goals. The sauna is an amazing add on too! It's helped with areas that are normally too tight to work effectively. I first had a massage by Crystal years ago at Eternal Wellness. It was the best massage I've ever had. Then she left and I didn't know where she'd gone! I kept looking for her until I found her, she'd opened her own place, Chico Locale Massage, and I've been going ever since. She keeps my repetitive motion used arm functioning with deep tissue massage and I will go to her as long as I am able.
