Not only did Crystal relieve my pain issues I had been dealing with but she is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and professional. Her studio is relaxing, clean and easy to get to. Cant recommended her enough!

Crystal is half masseuse half physical therapist I swear. I went in with so much pain and soreness, and she not only worked through so much of it, but she was able to identify issues and showed me modified stretches to work with my physical ailments. Just one session and I’m feeling great. Even fell asleep a few times during it! Can’t wait to go back.

Crystal is amazing. She has helped me for years dealing with soreness, tightness, and pain while being an athlete at Chico State. She is so kind, knowledgable, and I recommend her to anyone looking for a deep tissue massage. She is the best!!
