I went to Chico's to buy a pair of jeans a couple of weeks ago. The bad news is they did not have my favorite, "girlfriend jeans." The sales team encouraged me to try on a couple of pairs (not girlfriends) and then order the girlfriend jeans online. I followed their suggestion. The jeans arrived today. They fit me perfectly. The sales team was right. I look pretty good in them! Thank you Northbrook Court Sales Team! I'll be back for more suggestions.
The worst chicos I've ever been to!
Honestly i hate to write reviews, but i just can’t keep this silence after my last few visits here. Last month i spent $2700 in this store, and I would think that the staff would be nicer? There sales signs were in the wrong spot, and items for few days I noticed since I was in the store few times in those few days, and I tried to point this to the sales person and manager Don. They were so resistant to admit they were wrong I told them to check their cameras, and they would see that the items, and signs were there for days!... read more
