Roger cox posted a false review that is being researched and has been reported as false. That incident never happened and he is some sort of telemarketer?
I called and I was hung up on by the store manager Rebecca after being directed to contact corporate. I asked for the corporate contact information then was told, "They won't want to talk to you." before hanging up on me.
Went into Erie Pa store. Staff was rude, complaining and snobby. Will never go into this store again. Not first experience of this kind.
Chico's always has just the right pieces to make a gal feel gorgeous. The Erie staff is so friendly and knowledgable. Love my local Chico's!!
