Shew, high prices in a strange sizing system make shopping difficult for me.
Used to shop there all the time before. Quality of most clothing has dropped. Sale racks seemed disorganized, clothes jammed in. Not sure if it's the management or that's Chico's just doesn't think they need to make the extra effort. I prefer to shop online now if I find something I like. I did appreciate the fact that the staff left me alone while I looked around, upon my request.
I love the Chapel Hill store. It is smaller than some Chico's but it is very well stocked and they are so nice. Every salesperson in there has been incredibly helpful and kind. They leave me free to browse around as I wish but also are willing to answer questions. They will also order anything in the size you need if they don't have it. It is so convenient and the parking is easy. Also, if you buy something online, it is Chico's policy that you can return it to a store. Did you know there is a big difference in Chico's stores? The store in Chapel Hill is small and pretty convenient for me but I hate to go in because I feel stalked. I think the quality of the clothes has gone down a lot over the years but when I need work clothes they often have something that will do. I usually go to the Southpoint Mall store because it's larger and I can browse around. There is always a salesperson handy if I need help and usually they'll only ask once if they can start a dressing room.
