Gina was phenomenal and made the rental process from beginning to end a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. She was always available to answer any questions I had and her communication was great! I would highly recommend reaching out to her if you are looking for a new place to rent at the beach!
I don’t usually post things but Chicora has been a total nightmare for my family. I have to agree with the other bad reviews. I have rented for the last 20 years and I have never had such a bad experience in all my years until I rented this house from Chicora. They did absolutely nothing at move in after complaining about how dirty the house was when we were to move in. I just want to give a great review for Justin the maintenance manager ! Wow, is honestly all I can say ! Everytime I have a maintenance issue, he responds so quickly . Honestly, I think it’s beyond great customer service because imagine all the emails, calls, texts, etc he receives everyday within the hour? I recently rented a condo for my family in Myrtle Beach and I had some issues with air conditioner not working properly.
