I just want to say since I've been renting my apartment with Chicora, the staff has been very helpful to my needs. Ms. Gina Marretta has been absolutely wonderful, polite and attentive to every concern I have had. She's very prompt and nothing gets by her. Thank you very much Gina for all your help. I have been with Chicora Rentals for many many many years! They are an outstanding organization! They are timely with their inspections and keep me well informed of any issues that may arise. They have my highest recommendation!!
I found a unit through this company when first relocated to SC. during my 3 years stay had no problem. However I moved out early and they nickel and dime my entire security when the unit is in better condition when I moved there and I will see them in court. Robin is a liar and she falsely report those moving reports for they can over charge you. My bedroom had mold but they don't wants to address that issues
