I decided to move to a nice neighborhood in Myrtle Beach, years ago. Chicora was offering an appartment over there so we took it. When we signed, they gave us a couple of sheets to fill out and seemed very professional with the walk-ins and everything. Our lease finished and we followed the rules with the moving out process. At the moment of receiving the check deposit back, we were very dissappointed, they overcharged the "deep cleaning" service. I know rental companies can be hard to deal with but I must say Chicora has been great for me. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable! Becky especially goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend this firm!
Literally the WORST RENTAL COMPANY IN HISTORY I WOULD NOT RENT A DEAD DOG FROM THEM!!! I would literally be homeless before I ever rent from them again everyone I knows talk about how horrible they are please stay far away from them as possible it’s not worth the headache !! They are money hungry as well !! Actually money hungry is an understatement when it comes to them! JUST HORRIBLE ALL AROUND!!!!!!!
We are extremely happy here and our landlord is great.Also the walk through with Nick is amazing! He is very thorough and polite! Definitely an asset to Chicora Special thank you and praise to Gina Maretta in the maintenance department. She is Extremely kind and knowledgeable. It is an absolute pleasure dealing with her when I have issues. She is an asset to this company!!
