DO NOT RENT HERE! This place will try to take you for all you've got. My lease specifically ended in June we put the 30 days notice in to end on that June lease end date. Tell me why the office says we owe for almost the entire month of July when our lease ended in June and we gave them a 30 days notice and we were already moved out by that date in June? I've used them 5 years to rent a house, and after the tenant destroyed the front lawn by parking cars (which wasn't allowed), they used a vendor to replace sod. They charged extra to water the sod everyday for 2 weeks, but didn't. The sod died and now they are denying any responsibility.
