This is by far the most dishonest agency I have ever dealt with.They don't care if anything breaks you can go without toilets or water for a week and they still want to charge you,not to mention all the pop in inspections that come up all of a sudden, and if you can't be there your supposed to leave a key so they can search your home,and make no mistake that's what they are doing. or they charge you a fee for not letting them come in and take constant pics of your home. My fiance & I move into our home in April. Since then, we have had a few things go sideways with maintenance issues. Every time, Gina never fails to get the problem resolved in a timely manor, one time even being 11PM! She is very plesant to work with, and makes it seem like you are an old friend, not just another renter.
I frequently visit a friend at a property in Myrtle BCH and for last few yrs nothing has changed. I thought about moving and using the company but my friend said they will raise rent but never get the owners to update rentals. The horrible carpet homes by the beach to just general repairs like what type of management company is this? I would never use them due to their lazy management work. I just want to say since I've been renting my apartment with Chicora, the staff has been very helpful to my needs. Ms. Gina Marretta has been absolutely wonderful, polite and attentive to every concern I have had. She's very prompt and nothing gets by her. Thank you very much Gina for all your help.
