We moved my Mom into her new apartment a month ago and couldn't be happier. The staff has been nothing but helpful, the apartment itself is very "homey" due in part to our hard work but also because the paint, carpet & cleanliness of the place are top notch. Also, when she looks out the back patio doors she sees a lush, green environment & often a chipmunk, deer or rabbit. Sidewalks and the parking lot are very well cared for during the winter.
I have lived at Chicopee Mews apt. for one year so far and I am very happy with following; Landscaping is kept up, including no garbage on lawns, parking lot is plowed in the winter time, plus side walks are clear., Very quiet, which is important to me! Trusting neighbors and helpful, inside of apt. are good size and kept up, secured bld. (need to push a buzzer to get let in) Office manager, Karen is very pleasent and does her best to help with any problem, Mark, owner will take care of something asap.
