Enjoyed renting at Chicopee Crossing, friendly neighbors. Rented for 1.5 years while we built a house.
I have to give these guys 5 stars. I believe you get what you pay for and this is an exceptional value for money in the area. I had several minor issues within the two year time frame, however everything was dealt with promptly and professionally. Upon moving out, I felt as if I was treated very fairly.
Make sure you video everything prior to moving in luckily I did. They have an outrageous bill and most of the things they’re charging for were there before move in. Why wouldn’t they do a walkthrough with residents before move out. They wait till you leave so they can add ridiculous charges… but they are never on top of things on their end parking trash etc. bad management at its finest
