When it appeared that USPS lost my order, Amanda in ChicoBag customer service sprang into action. She arranged for a replacement to be shipped right away and the item arrived in time to be included in a birthday gift. Amanda is amazing and bottle sling looks fabulous! Highly recommend 😀
I love my Chico bag so much I bought four more of them! They are the perfect size, really strong, and come in pretty colors! I highly recommend them.
I got my Vita about 6 months ago, and keep it in my purse for when I am out shopping. The best was when I recently took it traveling with me. The compact bag was in the bottom of my backpack all throughout Greece, to markets to carry back bottles of wine and fruit and pastries. It was super comfortable to carry heavy loads and then went right back in my bag. It was PERFECT! I can't recommend enough. Now, I just need a couple more, and to buy some as gifts!
