We have received services with Chico speech and language through far northern regional center. After age 3, we decided to continue with Cynthia at CS&L because feeding and speech are difficult for my daughter and she absolutely loves interacting with Cynthia. Every other feeding therapist she has worked with, she was not responsive or she did not like going to sessions. We will continue with them as long as we can. They truly care about my daughter.
The woman who did my son’s ASD evaluation, Melanie Drakulic, Licensed Educational Psychologist, has no professionalism when it comes to doing an evaluation for a child. Me and my child left that office after two hours and I truly believe at this point she should not be allowed to practice as an educational psychologist. When doing the screening she made multiple comment of “This is a tough diagnosis” & I believe at that point she had taken the opinion and ran with it. Everyone there was so kind and polite. They worked so well with my toddler in speech therapy.
Everyone here works hard to provide services to help both kids and adults. Here, they provide advice for parents helping their kids at home so that they are able to thrive at home as well as in the office. They go above and beyond to meet your needs or your child's. Best speech therapy in Chico!
