Overall, I had a decent experience renting from Kim - I've had worse experiences. She usually replies to calls, texts, or issues fairly quick. I didn't really have any issues until moving out. If you're a college student, or young and freshly graduated, consider this your warning. Do not expect to get much of your deposit back, even if you leave the house/apt in good condition. Kim is amazing always available. When things need attention or to be fixed she is on it no hesitation. We have had other property management companies but by far she is the best in all aspects of a property management. Thank you Kimberly ☺️
