Would certainly use them again. No issues at all. Rented a beautiful house from them and have enjoyed it from day 1.
Daughters rent from Chico Sierra and have had nothing but a positive experience. They are always on the ball with maintenance and are respectful as well. Would highly recommend.

Positive Experience, would use them again it we moved backed to Chico. I like the fact that you can fill out work orders on line. Seems like once they started doing that it made the response time a lot faster.
Worst human beings on the planet. They will harass you beware. Don't speak with Cathy or Steve as if you have a problem they are likely to explode with rage.
Great, 2nd time using them and would do it again. Always really nice and helpful. Fixes items as soon as there is an issue. GREAT!
