Absolutely horrendous landlords. They do NOT abide by CA landlord tenant laws. Friends of mine had a lease that was good through August 3rd, however by the 30th of July this property management had already come by and changed all of the locks. Rent had already been paid in full, no outstanding charges owed to management. Chico Properties also threw away all the items that still remained in the house which included clothes, shoes, appliances, furniture, food, and more.
