I contacted Chico Podiatry today to arrange an appointment, and I found the receptionist, Michelle, to be unprofessional. She demonstrated poor listening skills and tended to make assumptions instead of genuinely engaging with my concerns. Her demeanor was impolite, and she laughed during our conversation, indicating a need for retraining in customer service etiquette.

Amazing staff! I had to take my 8 mo old baby in for a problematic ingrown toenail. The staff was very kind and empathetic and got us in the same day. I’m so grateful for their promptness and willingness to help my son. Dr Wilson was very gentle. He did a wonderful job at explaining the procedure and process. He was very efficient.
