I am very disappointed with the transparency and customer service at this practice. During a recent visit for my child, sealants were applied without any prior mention that insurance might not cover them or what the out-of-pocket cost would be. I was only informed of the charge after the procedure was already completed. When I reached out to discuss the unexpected bill, the office was completely unwilling to work with me or negotiate the fee.
