Vincent was amazing! He answered all of our questions, addressed all our concerns, was never pushy, encouraged us to take our time with another test drive, and made sure everything was a good fit for us before moving forward. Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and a good sense of humor!
While at Chico Mazda, Caleb was helpful, efficient and accomodating , which allowed we to get the requested work done quickly. I was surprised to be charged $192. for an oil change at less than 5000 miles. I did appreciate a video of the overall checkup on my car.
