DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT We bought a brand new Mazda back in May with their Salesman Preston who took us over to meet the service department and mentioned we get a free oil change for our first service, great! My wife took it in TODAY for a SCHEDULED oil change at 9am. They were extremely busy so even though she was there at 9am, she wasn’t able to get help until 9:40am. I wish I could give 10 stars! Michael Ellis provided stellar service from beginning to end. As long as I live in this area I will never go anywhere else. He was professional, responsive and went above and beyond working with another Mazda dealer, explaining the issue with my car, getting the repair done in a timely manner and getting my car back to me. I had my car serviced here and they did an awesome job. The service advisor Mike Ellis was great! Everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Chico Mazda.

I drove from the Bay Area to purchase a car and the process was seamless and transparent. As a veteran, it was pleasant to interact with the multiple veterans who work here as well.
