I purchased a new Mazda CX90 from Chico Mazda with a trade in also. Mark was great to deal with and after some back and forth we reached an agreeable deal. I bought a Mazda CX50 from this dealership about one year ago. I dissatisfied with the way things are going. I bought my Mazda in for a 30000. Mile service. The navigation was never hooked up and now they want to charge me 400 to 500 dollars to take care of it. This is wrong. They should have addressed this when they sold it to me. Its my fault for not pressing the matter before I bought it. But I was naive and didn't do it. Update; it seems like Mazda is going help me get my navigation up and so im feeling better now.
Liam, as well as everyone at Chico Mazda, was knowledgeable, professional and at the same time friendly. Shopping for a new car can be stressful but Liam and the rest of those we dealt with made it as comfortable and efficient as possible. I highly recommend them.
