I could not have been happier with the car buying experience I had at Chico Hyundai / Chico Nissan! Andrew was fantastic in showing me the car model I’d asked for ahead of time. He wasn’t pushy or ‘salesy’ and just let me and my daughter ask our questions. He offered to show me the next model up which I really wasn’t planning to buy. Drove 3 hours round trip with a second driver to drop off vehicle; left vehicle for a couple days and then drove the 3 hours round trip back to pick up the vehicle. They did a software update instead of addressing the issues and cleared codes. I had the vehicle back for less than 24 hours when it acted up and threw the same codes. Frustrated that I took the time, found a second driver and was inconvenience to be treated like it was no big deal.
I had an appointment to get two recalls fixed on my car they took me right in my appointment time. And when they had my car in the shop, they went through it. And checked everything made sure everything else was good.It was done on time.Very happy with the quick in n out
