Chico is such a wonderful place, we have never had a bad experience.... The poolside grill manager was great last night allowing us to order after closing.... Big Kudos for the cook staff also...
Nice soak, great dinner, OK breakfast, terrible bed.
Best hot spring out there. The temps are nice and warm. Place is clean, staff friendly

Check on your room b4 u get there. Reserved a twin with a full and when we got there it was a full barely. I have a full at home and it was smaller. They'd given our room to someone else and were told they were sold out and to deal with it. Food was good in dining room but waiter didn't know all the specials. Heard other waitress at table next to us give a better talk and mention more specials. Pools good.
The staff is amazing & so is the atmosphere! Feels like home �
