This is the exception to the reviews on here. Guess nobody's perfect. Following a 4 week prep appointment, I had a permanent crown delivered on tooth 19. Within hours this delivery left me in intense pain and swelling. I called in (as would be expected) and was told to take Tylenol and call back on day 3. I called back on day 3, asking to have the tooth adjusted, but that I couldn't handle any further injection, due to the pain and swelling. I was told to wait a week- that was it. Super impressed with this office, first visit & I didnt even have to sit in the waiting room! Was pulled right back and we got right down to business. Also the location and office is beyond beautiful, the receptionist and office staff are super kind & I felt as though I was truly being heard about my tooth pain.
