Feeling reinspired culinarily and in other ways coming back from Montana. We have never experienced an evening out as special as the one we experienced at Hot Chico Springs. The tasting menu prepared by James Beard Best Chef Northwest finalist Executive Chef Dave Wells is one we will never forget. Our friend group booked a weekend trip to the Paradise Valley and our 12-course dinner in the tasting room was simply an amazing experience. Chef Dave Wells put on an incredible show. Each dish was artfully presented incorporating local ingredients and bold flavors across various genres. Shane Kehoe provided service with a smile and showed off his sommelier skills perfectly pairing wines with each dish. We can’t wait to plan our next trip and go back for round 2.

Just as they stated regarding reopening; the lobby and my room are immaculate. Not sure where you could find a lodge/hotel room this fresh and tidy. Now, to find a next available date !

We were fortunate to stay hereand have the opportunity to enjoy the amenities for just the guests. Been here quite a few times but this was our first time to spend the night… Amazing dinner amazing service and to have the pools almost all to our self was an extraordinary experience and made me fall in love with it even more! Was hard to leave today and can’t wait to come back♥️
