The apartment complex is in the middle of a bike path. Recently, we have had so many homeless and druggies come up to our door, walk around, break in cars, dumpster dive, take their clothes off and camp out on the bike path. We also have a problem with roaches. Management is super nice, but this property isn’t . It’s not friendly for families. The entire apartment is roach infested as well as roach droppings EVERYWHERE. Incredibly infested with multiple pests (bed bugs, rats, roaches) property is generally unsafe. Could go on and on, please don't move here.

Now I'm starting to see why there are so many negative reviews. I didn't think this place could possibly be so bad especially with my dad being in law enforcement but the people that are in the alley way that steal and vandalize the cars and units are nothing compared to the unprofessional people like Margaret that work in the office blaring rap music and taking personal calls while trying to fill out "applications" and then scamming you out of $90 dollars knowing you are low income.
