From living here for 10++ years imma give it its 10s
The apartment complex is in the middle of a bike path. Recently, we have had so many homeless and druggies come up to our door, walk around, break in cars, dumpster dive, take their clothes off and camp out on the bike path. We also have a problem with roaches. Management is super nice, but this property isn’t . It’s not friendly for families. The entire apartment is roach infested as well as roach droppings EVERYWHERE. Incredibly infested with multiple pests (bed bugs, rats, roaches) property is generally unsafe. Could go on and on, please don't move here.
