Warning read this before useing chico realtors or the chico assoc of realtors..... i had problems with a incompetent chico realtor. I took to the chico assoc of realtors. Nothing was done to repremend or correct the errors he made .was told m.l.s would have it fixed..that was 3weeks ago.. now ive found other mistakes!!! So they say.
Ive lived in 6 states on west coast. 35 yrs as contractor 15 yrs as structural const inspector and quality control . Ive never encountered such a large group of incompitent realtors and lack of proffesionalism. In two years ive met 6 of the worst agents in my life.. i assume this is the norm for chico metro area. Let me tell you about last two. Corey meyers team i talked to corey. He talks the talk , sent an agent over jon baird. Mr hollywood slick .in suit an tie bottle perfume on him . Jon talks real good.
