I have used Chicky's Florist a few times and would highly recommend them for their outstanding service and attention to detail. Since I’m out of state, I can’t always visit my husband's grave, but they always send me a photo on the day the flowers are placed, which gives me peace of mind. Julia has been accommodating and committed to customer satisfaction.

They did a wonderful job and were courteous helping and fairly priced , I ordered from Florida were I leave and they were nice enough to share the experience with multiple pictures of choices and pictures of the finished grave site , I will definitely use them again

I live in Brooklyn and called Chicky's to see if they could accommodate me at St. Charles. They were wonderful. They texted me the various blankets. I needed 2 graves done and picked 2 different ones. I paid with a credit card and when they put down the blankets I received a text with a picture from each grave. I was in long Island this weekend and stopped by. In person they were even nicer and they secured the items to the ground. I am so glad I used them. Highly recommend this florist.

Chicky's florist is absolutely wonderful! Thoughtful, responsive and caring. I live out of town and can't get to my family's gravesite as often as I would like. They take care of the plot, make it beautiful then send a photo. Really appreciate this service they provide.
