After filling out an inquiry form, I waited a few days before calling them. I was told to send them inspo photos. Which I did. After sending the photos, I received an email offering a phone call the next day. Which I did reply to and never got a phone call or another email. For some reason, they are not interested in communicating or working with me and I'm going to assume my order was simply too small for them. Chicky Blooms went above and beyond to make my delivery perfect for my friend's birthday! She even procured a doggy toy for her sick pup!! The flowers were gorgeous and the toy was spot on!! Absolutely 5 star service from start to finish!!

I walked into this cute eye catcher flower/plant store one Sat afternoon & met the owner Raquel. She was very kind & knowledgeable on her beautiful plants & flowers nicely stocked inside & outside . I purchased a unique lovely plant today. I will definitely be back to support this business & will highly recommend it to family & friends. Small owners are the best as they are more attentive than the big stores who hardly recognize customers that walk in/out.
This is a wonderful local business with a talented owner Raquel who puts so much love and care into her fresh designs that I know I’ll be coming back for more. Customer service is great too!
