I ordered and paid for a set of pajamas on November 6th. Seller said 14 days before delivery to store. On 11/29, the seller posted on FB to private message any items that had not been received. I asked then about my order and heard nothing. Then again on 12/2, I sent a message to get information. On 12/3 I was told that she was going to ask that day, and later she said it would not be here by Thursday (I needed them for an event). I gave them two small pieces to do it was only 8 letters and 8 numbers it was only going to take a week to do but it was there for 3 weeks and they dident even call me to inform me that they needed more time. I called back and they told me they had a family emergency ok cool life happens I understand. But I have things I need on time that's how a business is run. I paid 25.62 for everything they did. New owner Tiffany Anderson & her staff are amazing! Never disappointed. They take a lot of pride in what they do & have a great selection in the shop for quick gifts & very creative with custom orders! Hands down the best around
Super fast turn around time. I am a last minute shopper, so fast turn around time is very important to me. Also customer service is incredible, Kelsey was a pleasure to work with. Thanks Again and I will definitely be back.
