Our family loved our stay in Cape Charles hosted by Kathy of Chick’s Beach Rentals! The accommodations were on point and it’s such a cute, quaint town to explore. Kathy was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. We found the home to be very clean and tastefully decorated, just a short distance to the beach. We will definitely be contacting Kathy again for our next trip to the beach. Highly recommended!
By far my best experience renting a vacation house! Chicks beach is such a cute neighborhood and Kathy was such a delight to work with!
I'd give no stars if I could. I canceled a reservation more than 1 1/2 months prior to the reservation dates and only received slightly over half my money bsck.
WILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN!!!!!!! This past Labor Day weekend turned into my worst nightmare! As I planned to take a family trip down to Virginia Beach I looked at the beginning of the year to try and find a place that would be accommodating right by the beach. As I found a place on Air BnB Kathy was the host of a nice rental. I noticed the fees were rather high on AirBnb and she had the same listing on VRBO which was much cheaper.
