If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I was there on March 15 at 5:10 pm. There were 2 of us & were told wait time was 45-60 minutes. While waiting a server spilled a drink on the floor near us & didn’t come back to clean up. My sister stopped another server who was very rude & still didn’t clean the spill up. Management & staff are untrained, unprofessional.They know how to take your name but don't understand the concept that when a table is open you seat people on the list. I don't understand how they are still in business! No one wears name tags so you can't mention them by name!
My co-workers and I went to the Chickie's & Pete's in Allentown for lunch - we arrived at 11:35 to an empty restaurant (we thought wow that's a plus for us) - we were seated and ordered drinks. It took about 15 minutes to get 4 sodas and 1 lemonade, to which 2 of the sodas were wrong. We then immediately ordered lunch at 11:50 - chicken fingers, wings, burger, cheesesteaks and told the waitress we were on a time and we had to leave by 12:30. 3 orders of the Crab Fries arrived first and then by 12:18 the remaining food arrive... read more
