Andrea showed understanding and empathy towards my unfortunate emergency the day before my appointment. Emergencies can happen, which it did the evening before my nail appointment (Thursday). I had to have a same day appointment for a chipped tooth, and also found out the pain coming from my jaw was a tooth infection. The ache was terrible!
