Excellent burgers and fries! Can't wait to go back! Loved it!
I went thru college eating at the Chicken Oil religiously. I went there for the first time in YEARS. The atmosphere was the same. The good was alright, just now what is was awhile ago. The Tijuana fries are still legit �!
Great food and atmosphere! Our group had s good time!
I was expecting home made hamburgers and chicken fried steak and it is far from it! Nothing out of the ordinary as far as food goes. The atmosphere is cool.
It's the little things in life that matter placed a very simple order to go Beat the Traffic back home that was horrible just to look in the bag and see that the order was not taken care of properly I do believe this is a historical marker kind of place but you shouldn't let that get in the way of good service also someone really needs to get your restrooms cleaned up
If you're ever in town,,,don't miss this little dive,,,I loved my experience,,great good and down home good people.
The Hamburger was absolutely delicious. Great place.
There are a few places that warrant "last meal status". This is one of them. Good burger and fries a cold beer with some timeless Texas music in the background!
Burgers are still as good as ever, and the nostalgia factor hasnt changed in 35 years the first time I visited it!
