People that work here are racist and have very bad attitude, they will sit on a chair and ignore you. They will help their Hispanic counterparts but treat you like a stranger when you ask for your order.
Rip off! For starters they're never ready, no matter the time of day, with your mobile order. Next, how are you going to charge someone 1.49 extra for sour cream and barely have a drizzle of some watered down sour cream?? The chicken was bland, not even salted. Way overpriced.
Will never come to this location again. This girl had a terrible attitude. Was rude to her co worker (Nico) who was doing an excellent job, in front of us and other customers. Told him to just replace something in our order without even asking, which he didn't. She looks like she doesn't even want to be there. Another customer walked out after us and left without ordering and said that girl had a horrible attitude. I mean how she has a job there still is a mystery based on what I saw and the reviews I see here talking about ... read more
Nico was super nice and attentive! the other girl however was lowkey rude and being rude to her co-workers right in front of us, and as someone who works also in food service it made me super uncomfortable lol.. but nico helped us out a lot!
Tried closing 45min early last night, bad attitude, very miserable. Good quality has turned to crap over the years. Teriyaki chop chop chicken was gross, plantains were trash. Very sad how much quality this place lost. Doesn’t feel clean in there, soda area beat down as well. Used to love coming here with the famil for a good chop chop, never again this location.
