Very kind and professional staff , great clean atmosphere, fresh food
I was disappointed with my recent experience at Chicken Kitchen. I requested chicken skin and was charged an additional $1, which I found unreasonable. In addition, the prices have increased while the portion sizes have noticeably decreased. I used to enjoy this place, but with these changes, I won’t be going anymore. I hope the restaurant considers improving the value and consistency of their meals.
I’ve been a loyal Chicken Kitchen customer for over 20 years, and unfortunately, the Doral location has been very disappointing. Every time we go, one particular employee insists we can only get two sauces with a large order, even though other Chicken Kitchen locations always provide three. On top of that, she constantly tries to charge extra for sauce, which feels unfair and inconsistent with the brand we’ve trusted for decades.
