The chicken was completely over cooked and dried out, broasted potatoes were terrible..fry grease likely needed to be changed. entire meal was gross... I will not be back!
I waited for 45 mins to find my order was incorrectly taken and the food was still not ready... I received a refund... extremely poor and slow service
1st time visiting. It was just "ok". The white meat was very dry. the potatoes weren't crispy. the best thing we hadvwas the cole slaw. i will stick to Chicken Shack instead.
went to pick up some chicken 15 minutes before they closed tonight. I was told by the girl with the long brownish hair that tey were closed. ey were closed. Went to the Waterford location this evening for dinner. I have been going there for 10 yrs...here recently the food has been LESS quality then usual. Well tonight...the customer service was TERRIBLE! Food and service was not what it use to be. Potatoes are now cut up into large pieces and are not crispy and buttery. The two young girls that waited on us were not very friendly or helpful. Sad use to one our favorite places to eat.
I live around the corner from the Farmington Chicken King. I love the ribs. They are the best in Michigan for sure. I have purchased at least 50 times, and have never had a bad order. If you like ribs, this is the place to go for tender fall off the bone ribs. The rib snack is a great deal for one person. I am heading up there right now for lunch!
